Accordingly, the first is the need to improve the standards and quality of services to meet the increasing requirements of the markets. Develop package and synchronous logistics services, strive to reduce logistics costs to increase the competitive advantage of goods. Next, priority must be given to investing and upgrading synchronous infrastructure facilities, focusing on improving logistics infrastructure associated with e-commerce according to development trends in the world and the region, in parallel with the development of aviation logistics.
In addition, it should support the construction of strong logistics corporations, promote outward investment and export logistics services, create orientation and motivation for market development. At the same time, develop cold logistics services, cold storage, cold containers to serve agricultural products, especially high-quality agricultural products. Develop the logistics service market, focusing on key export markets. strengthen the connection of businesses in the industry to share advantages. Finally, it is necessary to promote international cooperation in the field of logistics and continue to expand logistics infrastructure connections with countries in the region and reach out to the world.
In addition, it is indispensable to develop green logistics and reverse logistics to meet the increasing requirements of customers on developing a green economy, circular economy and environmental friendliness.
For Vietnam's logistics service industry, the Vietnam Logistics Service Enterprises Association (VLA) and especially its members need to learn and master the orientations of the Import and Export Goods Strategy to 2030 to set out business strategies, especially to develop their logistics service supply markets in the context of international economic integration. Our country's deepening economy with the facilitation of 14 ongoing FTAs, including the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Eu-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and the strategy "Doi Moi, creativity, digital transformation" of the association.
The strategy of import and export of goods to 2030 approved by the Prime Minister on 19/4/2022 has set the goal: "Import and export for sustainable development with a balanced and harmonious structure, promoting competitive advantages, comparative advantages, developing Vietnamese commodity brands, enhancing the country's position in the global value chain, which is the engine of rapid and sustainable economic growth".
Accordingly, in terms of exports, the average export growth rate of goods is 6-7%/year in the period of 2021 - 2030. The proportion of processed and manufactured industrial goods accounts for 88% of total export turnover by 2025 and 90% by 2030. Increase the proportion of export markets to Europe and America.
Regarding the import of goods, actively adjust the pace of import growth, control the quality of imported goods. Control the import of domestically produced goods, luxury goods, non-essential goods. Increase the proportion of imports of high-tech machinery and equipment for production and export.
Regarding market development orientation, market diversification, effectively taking advantage of opportunities from free trade agreements, promoting the exploitation of potential markets, continuing to shift the structure of import markets.
